Emmanuel Lutheran Church was founded in 1845, one of the first Lutheran Churches in the Fort Wayne area. Our church is often called "Soest", the common name of original area residents. Emmanuel has been growing since 1845! Currently our baptized membership is approximately 600 and our communicant membership of approximately 450.

To become a member of Emmanuel:

Attend a "Life with God" series of classes, offered regularly throughout the year. This class generally meets Sunday afternoons. It is designed for those who come from a different denomination or for those with no previous church background. |

Request a transfer from another Lutheran Church Missouri Synod congregation. |
